Junior OPTP · Ages 6 to 18
Kids and teens take the stage every summer
Each summer, more than 50 children and teens gather at the Blue Bird Theatre and work together to create magic on the stage. All area youth are invited to be a part of the Junior Orangeburg Part-Time Players, no experience required.

The historic Blue Bird Theatre is downtown Orangeburg's live performance venue, and the Orangeburg Part-Time Players (OPTP) is the all-volunteer community theater company that calls it home. Together they bring live theater to Orangeburg, with productions performed by local adults and, through the Junior Orangeburg Part-Time Players, by area youth.
